By ordering transportation, the customer grants his/her consent for an indefinite period to the collection, storage and processing of the provided personal data by VIP line s.r.o., Company ID 03154921, with its registered office at tr. Václava Klementa 1439, Mladá Boleslav 293 01, registered in the Commercial Register kept by the Regional Court in Brno under file number C 228070 (hereinafter referred to as "VIP line"), in the scope of name, surname, email address and telephone number. The information provided may be used to contact the customer, prepare an offer of transportation services, and send information about new services.

The customer is aware that he may withdraw his consent to the processing of personal data at any time by written notification delivered to VIP line. The customer has the right, for the period for which he has given his consent, to request information about the processing of his personal data, in particular, the customer has the right to ask VIP line to eliminate the defective state, to carry out the correction of personal data, to explain the method of processing personal data, or to destroy personal data, and the customer has the right to contact the Office for Personal Data Protection with his initiative.

The customer is also entitled to request information about what personal data VIP line processes in connection with his person, to the extent specified in Act No. 101/2000 Coll., on the protection of personal data and on amendments to certain acts.
